In order to provide the best workout experience at Proof Fitness, all members and guests must observe the following rules:
- Proper Workout Attire Required
- No Open Toed Shoes
- Rack All Weights In Proper Locations After Use
- If You Sweat On It Wipe It Off
- No Swearing, Spitting Or Yelling
- No Chalk Allowed
- No Throwing, Slamming Or Dropping Weights Or Dumbells
- No Cell Phone Conversations On Workout Floor Or Locker Rooms
- We Are Not Responsible For Lost Or Stolen Items
- Be Respectful Of Others, And The Equipment
- Always Give 100% Of What You Have
- Smile, Because You Are Getting Healthier
